Kitchen & Bath Renovation Warranty

At Custom Kitchen & Bath, we provide a two-year comprehensive warranty program called Client Care Warranty (CCW) for our kitchen and bathroom renovation services. If any issues or imperfections arise within the two-year warranty period, we will promptly repair and rectify them at no cost to you. This warranty period begins the day after the final inspection is completed and the final payment has been received. The warranty applies only to the current owner and may not be transferred to any subsequent homeowner or any other party.

Q: What is the significance of having a renovation warranty?

It's worth noting that the industry standard warranty is only 12 months. Unfortunately, this isn't enough time to truly evaluate the quality of the renovation. Inadequate contractors may take advantage of this by delivering subpar work, knowing their warranty won't last long enough to test their finished work.

At Custom Kitchen & Bath, we take great pride in the design and construction of our kitchens and bathrooms. We are fully committed to standing behind our work and ensuring complete satisfaction for our clients. Our contractors and installation team are highly skilled and dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship, which is why we offer a full warranty for every renovation project we undertake. We stand by our work and take responsibility for workmanship issues that may arise.

Q: What is not covered by the warranty?

Please note that the CCW only covers the aspects of the renovation that we completed. It's important to understand that the warranty won't cover any pre-existing issues, damages, or any parts of the home that are not included in the renovation project. Additionally, the warranty does not cover the following items:

  • Damage caused by pets and animals.

  • Damage resulting from natural weather events or other acts of nature such as fire, flooding, hail, and smoke.

  • Damage or defects that occur due to incorrect usage or failure to maintain and keep the item in good working condition.

  • Damage resulting from labour performed by an unauthorized third party during or after the renovation.
