Our Process

How Does The Process Work?

We believe that a well-thought-out, organized process gives you a great renovation experience. You may be feeling excited, overwhelmed, or even nervous about the process ahead, that’s completely normal. Below we will explain our process and what you can expect from our team.

1. Schedule Your Consultation

Once you have scheduled your consultation, our project manager will contact you. During your conversation, she will inquire about your renovation plan, project scope, and timeline, among other relevant details. This call will take approximately 10-15 minutes; please ensure you have enough time to discuss your project.

2. In-Home Assessment

The next step is the in-home walkthrough assessment. Your project manager will spend 20-30 minutes assessing your kitchen or bathroom area and asking more in-depth questions about your vision and project requirements. She will also take some measurements of the space, recommend design ideas, and answer any questions you may have.

3. Action Plan & Project Agreement

After completing your in-home assessment, the next step is the “Action Plan & Project Agreement” document outlining your project scope, materials and products, renovation timeline, and the initial project cost. You may revise the project scope if needed; once everything is satisfactory, we’ll start the material selection process and preparation for your project.

4. Renovation Begins

After the payment has been made, the renovation begins. Our renovation process focuses on minimizing disruption to your life and respecting your home. Your project manager will oversee all activity throughout the project, meeting with you before the renovation begins and frequently throughout to answer questions you may have and provide an overview and weekly progress updates.

5. Project Completion & Warranty

As your renovation is near completion, your project manager will take you on a final walkthrough to answer any questions or concerns that need to be resolved before the project ends. If you have issues, we will be there to ensure they are promptly solved. We stand by our work and have extended our workmanship warranty to cover 5 additional years after the project completion, which is much longer than the industry standard of 12 months.
