Clean Renovation

Clean Living During A Renovation

Many people who want to renovate their kitchen or bathroom are afraid of the mess it may cause, which often leaves them feeling stuck and unable to move forward. They don't want their home or belongings damaged, and they don't want their family and pets breathing in contaminated dust and debris.

And that's why we always prioritize our client's health, safety, and comfort during the renovation stage. We take all necessary steps to minimize the impact of our work, the main goal during the renovation is to achieve what we refer to as a "Clean Renovation". It's our top priority to ensure our clients are comfortable in their homes throughout the entire project.

Keeping Your Home Clean And Comfortable

We start by eliminating as much dust and debris as possible, using our DCS (Dust Control System) on every project. This innovative DCS air purifier, equipped with HEPA filtration, removes up to 99% of airborne dust directly at the source. The DCS draws in and gathers renovation dust from the air, passes it through a three-stage filtration system, captures the dust, and returns the clean air into the room.

The main benefit of this system is to reduce the dust and debris released during the demolition and rough-in stage. The DCS air purifier exchanges the air in a 3,000-cubic-foot room six times in one hour. In addition, the 360° design picks up dust from all across the room, rather than just one spot, to maximize particle collection.

Extra Home Protection

We'll also do the following to ensure your home stays clean as much as possible:

  • Isolate the work area by taping plastic dust barriers over doorways, keeping the dust and debris contained.

  • Place sticky floormats at entryways to prevent our contractors from tracking dust and debris into other areas of the home.

  • Protect your flooring with a Floor Protector board.

  • Seal all HVAC vents in the work area to prevent dust from spreading throughout the airways of the home.

  • Remove remaining dust and debris at the end of each workday to keep your home clean.
